For more than 75 years, NFIB has been exclusively dedicated to small and independent business, representing member’s interests on a state and federal level. With our ear to the ground on what’s happening in Washington D.C., and the state capitals, we are at the forefront of advocating on today’s most pressing small business issues and also provide access to benefits that help our members operate and grow their businesses. One of these benefits is access to workers’ compensation through the NFIB Safety Group Program with Texas Mutual Insurance.
NFIB and Texas Mutual introduced the Safety Group Program in 2001. The Program allows members with specific class codes the opportunity to join one of three Safety Groups (Construction, Retail/Wholesale, and Manufacturing) and provides upfront premium discounts, the potential to earn dividends, and access to safety resources and education. Since program inception, more than $24 million in dividends has been awarded back to NFIB members as a result of their continued commitment to providing safe workplaces.
Have a client looking for workers’ compensation? Placing them in an NFIB Safety Group is an excellent way to increase your market share and premium volume, control your book of business, and earn competitive commissions that count towards your Texas Mutual® incentive plan.
